hi i have a 1.9 td1 se r reg with performance box ,everything was fine untill the cooler weather, 3deg c on my dash ,the engine failed to run ,did start for split second then stopped abruptlly . wouldn,t work until the sun came out ,then first click as always any hints as i expect it is going to get colder than this .:hi:

Did you try and heat the glow plugs more than once with switching the ignition on and off?

i waited until warning lights went out and tried to start ,if you mean turn on ignition and let plugs heat and then turn off and then repeat a few times , no i didnt think it was cold enough.
