valeo projector/later light upgrade

for those of you that have installed later style projector lights, have you had to change headlight height adjustment motors as well. i have bosch lights with fogs in, i guess the valeos use different motors that aren't interchangable with the bosch ones?

also i am going to go HID, should i just retro fit a 2nd hand set of lamps and all the kit from a breaker, or best to go non hid lenses and fit aftermarket HID kit?

i changed my stock 2 piece lights for 2 piece projectors and havent got around to fitting the level adjustment yet, only been a couple of years. ha ha, tbh i dont see the point unless you tow or have a lot of weight in the rear of your car.

yes you need tthe valeo motors too, they are much smaller than the bosch ones.
