    big brake conversion

    hi all thinking of upgrading my brakes to brembo brakes, or some other make of brakes, can anyone give me pointers or advice on the best deals going around?

    Brembo big brake conversions are big money. Have you heard of the 312mm big brake upgrade using audi parts?

    who is corey m8? i would go for audi upgrade but want the brembo calipers

    4 pot 996 turbos are only £250, discs from movit and some braided lines and you are sorted

    There are a million and one options out there.

    Best of the bunch is either RS6 8-pot calipers w/ B7 RS4 disks. Or Porche Cayenne 8-pots with RS4 B7 Disks.

    Alternatives are RS4 B5 brakes... not very good. Porche style 4-pots fit under standard alloys, which is a good thing. 330 odd mm disks, so good enough, but no where near as good as the 8-pot 365mm disk options.

    MRC have a couple used sets for sale I think. Give them a buzz.

    Also take in to account the cost of replacement pads as this can be a killer.
