18 inch alloys

im still looking to swap the wheel on my 2.8, they are at the moment 7j x 16 h2 et45

i have seen some a8 5 spoke that are 8j x 18hz et48

will these fit without any problems, eg arches or suspension rubbing, and what size tyres would be best

THey'll fit no problem.
Tyres should be 225/40/18's

with the et numbers being different does that mean wheels will sit slighty futher out or in? just wondering
