K03 fittings

Hi, on the exhaust flange, where the cat bolts to (not for long!) what is the fitment? Are there just holes through which the cat is bolted to, with a nut & bolt or are there studs like off the turbo?
I ask as I am about to de-cat and change the exhaust system as soon as I have had an MOT done. If they are a nut & bolt fit anyone know the specs? or what size nuts as I want new ones ready as I expect some grief looking at how rusty they are from all the heat and age.

what car?
In line Ko3 (s) bolts straight to CAT with three bolts. turbo then botls to mani with three bolts, I believe two are studs and one is a through bolt (can't remember though)
