Window trim and sunroof edge crumbling.. easy to replace?

Hi..

I've noticed that the trim under the windows (the black strip that the it seals against) and the black rubbery edge to the sunroof is not in a good state. It's dried out and cracking on the edges, and bits come off when polishing the car (microfibre cloth picks them up). I guess the previous owners never put any rubber care treatments on them. Tried that myself, but they're too far gone.

Are the window trims and sunroof easy to replace? I was going to try and get a better set from a breakers.
