ASR light coming on

the ASR light on my 2000 Audi A4 TDi keeps coming on whilst cornering and reducing the power. This occurs on and left hand bends whentaken briskly but not fast enough to cause wheel spin. This can happen typically on exiting a roundabout the light flashes on and reduces power until is stops flashing.

If I turn if off, so the light is on all the time then OK but then I have disabled ASR.

Any ideas please!

I am pretty sure thats the traction control just doing what it is supposed to.

Probably a dirty/dodgy connection in one of the ABS sensors. It cant hurt to clean the connections and the face of the sensor itself too
