will these wheels fit my 2.8 v6

i have the chance of getting some ronal s4 avus alloys cheap but not sure if they will go straight on im running on 16 inch wheels at the mo and these are

7.5j X 17h2 et 45 are the ok to put straight on?

the car is a 1999 model

the stud diameter is 112mm and have 225/45/17 tyres fitted
