S4 Avus Alloys

I'm thinking of getting a set 17" S4 Avus Alloys for my non turbo 1.8 A4. My car is on standard SE suspension and I'm wondering if the car would look ok non lowered? If not what is the best (and easiest) way to lower the car? If I can get away with non lowering it I won't. The car has 16" alloys at the moment so I'd imagine 17" alloys shouldn't make too much difference. I'd appreciate any responses.

i have a 2.4 SE previously had 16" 10 spoke alloys then i got the 17" S4 Avus
it didnt look right at all, so i got mine lowered by 30-35mm H&R springs with no regrets

Cheers for that resh28. Was it a big job lowering the car? with H and R springs. Did you do it yourself and how much did it cost you? Have you any pics of your car with S4 Alloys?

defo before m8 i havent had a chance to take any recently.
also it was a big job i got a company to do it took about 4 hours to do
