How much for my S4?

Gents, with the prospect of moving house & taking on a hefty mortgage i'm considering selling my much loved S4 & downgrading to a cheap & chearful run-about. I've been scanning S4 prices & they seem to vary a fair bit, what would you recomend pricing it at?

1999 (s-reg), 60K, FASH (no specialists), 2 previous owners.

Spec from new:
-Noggy blue paint
-Chrome mirrors
-Headlight washers
-Leather/Alcantara, Blue/Black interior
-Front armrest
-Heated front seats
-Rear folding & lockable seats
-Bose stereo & speakers

Performance upgrades (all done in 03/04 at AMD):
-Stage 1 remap giving 323bhp & 400lb
-Miltek cat-back
-Koni sport shocks & HR lowering springs
-Y&F hose changed
-AMD dv's

Other upgrades:
-18" RS6 replica alloys on Goodyear Eagle F1's
-FK, RS4 rear lights
-Sony Erricson HCB-300, bluetooth handsfree

Service History:
-Full Audi/Main Dealer history
-last serviced at 01/06 (60K service)
-Imobiliser reader coil/igintion barrel replaced 11/05
-ABS module replaced 01/06
-Timing belt service 02/06
-All the above work still under warranty
-All old MOT's & Audi receipts from myself & previous owners

Between £9k & £10k I'd reckon.
The upgrades are actually irrelevant unless you're very lucky and find someone who is looking specifically for those performance enhancements, they are more likely to put buyers off.
Your average buyer will prefer an unmolested, all original example.
