hi all
just noticed i have a line on my driver info system from top to the bottom where the text has gone faint
is there a way to rectify this?

I have the same issue with one pixel line on my Audi Stereo, i presume you'd need a new screen. All Lcd and the like fail or die at some point.

Sorry Paresh, but they all do it. Tthe DIS on my old Quattro used to fade away as well. There's no cure, other than a new DIS (£400-ish).

I was quoted £600 from the stealer and that's supply only. The problem tends to happen when the display gets warm.

Chaps, try the following contact. They often brake A4's and might have a complete dash in stock. Give them as much info on the part as you can.
