Rusting bit at rear window.

Have noticed the little black triangle bit on my rear passenger window is starting to bubble.

Have any of you guys got this or had this bit replaced?

When I had the spoiler fitted and sprayed the bodyshop did it for nothing. Apparently its one of thoase things that looks worse than it is

Yeah i dont think its bad but just dont want to have rust on my car.

I wonder if you can buy them prepainted of if i will need to remove it and get it sprayed.

apaprently they are a real pain to change. Easier to get them rubbed down and sprayed...cheaper and wil last you years

Mine is doing the same, but only on one side.

Yeah mine is only on one side to.

Its not really noticable but still not keen on it being there.

I have the same thing and I believe it's not rust but rather bubbling from heat. (Could be wrong though)
I've only seen it happen on one side depending on how the car is normally parked. I'm looking at getting it resprayed as I was told changing them is a real pain.

my car is doing this on one side also.
the whole door has to be striped to get that piece repaired /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bang.gif
