Refurbishable?

Never sent a damaged wheel for refurbishing before, is this repairable?

ive had worse than that repaired.
I had a hartge wheel welded years ago as it was cracked. the boy done a superb job and it balanced up with less weights than the rest of my wheels

You wouldn't even have to weld that, if that's the worst damage they have it'll be an easy job.

I will have to post before and after shots of mine, the rims are better, but the corrosion under the silver is chronic
