central locking pump - removing vacuum pipes from pump housing?

Hi all,

How do you disconnect these without breaking the securing clips?

You just squeeze the ring to disengage the clip and pull away from the unit.

I've got a spare working one if its the same. Its from an early car without remote locking.

Done! Took it apart and it was a smashed graphite disc.

Bought a new repair kit off eBay that'll hopefully sort it
