Think that it's a manual over-ride switch to turn off the interior alarm sensor eg so that if you leave your dog in the car when the alarm is armed it wont set it off by its movement...

I have another. What are the two tiny lights for up on the light cluster with all the switches?

Not the main light or the reading lights, they are towards the centre sunvisor.

I think they could be to light up the centre console but just checking as i only noticed them two weeks ago as i saw them reflecting on the mic for my handsfree.

I think that is part of the ambient lighting.

Ok cool i kinda thought they were to light up the headunit etc.

Was just shocked because i have had the car over 2 years and i had never noticed them before.
