Looking at possibly changing from continental sport contact 3's to goodyear eagle F1 assy 2's, now whatis the best load/speed rating to go for for the TQS ??

Was looking at 91Y can get 4 of ebay for £350 delivered, the contis perform very good in the wet but there a little too loud for my liking and they seem to wear more on the inner edges and not really evenly.

anyone recommend a decent tyre other than the goodyear or is that probably best bet ??

Personally I would go with standard load and speed rating. Read up on reviews of tyres online, on the likes of Auto Express, Which?, etyres, tyretest.com, get a balanced view of the tyres.
The tyres wearing on the inside could be down to tracking being out, I would get that and all the other suspension checked for anything worn out.
Mine wear a bit on the outside, blame lies mainly with enthusiastic cornering lol

Good years are cheaper here if the offer still stands

Mine wear on the inside edge, it tracks up ok but I'm going for a rear end refresh from all German as soon as funds allow.

Good luck as they have removed it from there site might be able to get it over the phone though ive not tried i emailed not so long back regarding them and something else but last two times ive emailed i was ignored.

Ive been looking at the powerflex black series kit from larkspeed, then just replaces upright bushes with oem as cant find polyones any where and get the track link rods and RS2 drop links. Will be more than the allgerman kit but alot more firmer on the rear end !!

are all the bushes and arms new?

Scrubbing inside edges is geometry related.

I'd be buying either the Goodyears or Conti Sportcontact 5P's

See my previous comments about going too stiff. Personally, i'd just refresh with OEM parts. You wouldnt buy a brand new RS4 and complain that its soggy would you?

All front meyle hd arms are less than 2 years old. Rear bushes are shot so need doing then i might look at some F1 assy2's !!

Agree. Had 18's on leon and now 19's on civic. Pretty genius tyre assy 2 is.
Can be a bit scary in wet because you feel over confident on them.
