Who or what are Votex?

Anybody know if they are an independant company or are they the accessory side of the VAG group.

Keep seeing things pop up, also saw some wheels on ebay the bloke thought were made by Votex, but searching them as a wheel manufacturer throws nothing up...

Votex are just accessories which are endorsed by Audi and sold by themselves. They are not an actual company.
