modified clocks

What does everyone recon to these? not perfect cam doesnt like taking pics of them verywell. some of the bulbs are old and dull or out giving the yellow look

in front of the lower part of the clocks you have the steering column trim that pulls forward and up, then 2 screws, then wiggle the unit forward,

Lighting is standard on the clocks, I've not messed with them yet.
