Coilovers Finaly Fitted Today!!

Hey folks, pretty happy today.

I finally fitted my coilovers.

Here are two pretty poor pics but i couldnt wait to post some decent ones tomorrow.

But i will give it a wash tomorrow and post up some better ones.

The front is about perfect but i want to raise the rear a tiny bit.

But am going to wait for them to settle a bit.

The ABS has kicked in a couple of times when say creaping up to say traffic lights so i need to get this checked out and is only since the new suspension was fitted!! Gutted!!

did you hit anything with a hammer when changin the shocks?

I Had to, just to free the joints.

Bits of crap fell on he abs sensor and rings. At low speeds ABS came in.

Pull the sensors out and clean them, sorted mine str8 away!

Very nice mate looks sweet, hopefully mine will look very similar once fitted. Are they fully wound down? Have you got any issues with rubbing at the front?

The threads still have 2" slft on them below the adjuster rings.

So could be so much lower!!

I have not had and rubbing yet but havent really driven very far and my tyres are 225/35/19.

So not as wide as some peoples.

Yeah still have the old wheels, but will be keeping them.

Looks excellent Paul! Good chance the abs will be the sensors - probably just need a tap into the hub with a light hammer. Must have moved when you fitted the suspension.
