need a new mirror oh oh problem

hey guys some muppet has took the wing mirror of our A4, been phoning round a few places to get one (most have one at a hefty fee) and i was thinking, is there any differences in B5 mirrors throughout the production run?

ours is a 00 B5 will any B5 mirrors fit?

7 different mirror glasses for the B5 eek

mine being the dearest lol

50 quid for the electric part 61 for the glass *** and 50 odds for the casing

plus painting

Expensive things aren't they... unfortunately.

Some ****** knocked mine off with his truck outside my house a while back... he was just being impatient and pushed past through a gap that wasn't there and took my mirror with him.

Luckily he came back later as he was delivering soil across the road so I nabbed him /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

He paid up no problem but I'm not so sure that would have been the case had I actually caught up with him after chasing him when I saw it happen /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

As you can imagine I wasn't best pleased /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burningmad.gif so stopping him could have resulted in a slight... word or two!



Have you tried VAGParts for the parts? I can't remember if I rang them or not so unsure of price...
