What is needed for a vnt conversion

I have been thinking of upgrading to the pd130 turbo on my AHU 90. What I would like to know is what exactly will I require to do the job? And is it going to be extremely difficult. My local scrappy is extremely cheap so getting parts isn't an issue. Thanks for any input

VNT17 turbo £150
intake manifold £50
exhaust manifold £50
oil feed pipe + drain £20
ECU to run VNT turbo £50
acuum accumulator £10
N75 + wires £20
intake pipe to suit £10
exhaust flange 4 turbo £10
4 injectors £100
All posted for £500
