Staggered alloy/tyre width query

Just a quick one. I'm thinking of getting some 18" bbs rs reps in staggered 8.5/9.5 widths for my A4 avant B5 with an ET of 42.



My arches have been rolled, all be it very very very badly ;-)

Firstly, will these fit at the front (8.5j) & rear (9.5j)?
And if they will, what's the best tyre size for a small amount of stretch on the front/rears?

I think 9.5j et42 might be too much on the rears you may need a 10/15mm spacer !!

Ran the same on my b6 and was fine, had 235 front and 245 rear for tyres.

Cheers dude. Think I'm gonna measure up the current Rs4 reps I have and see what width they are and hopefully order the new rims in the new year ;-)
