Wheel size question

Will a set of wheels that are ET35 fit my A4 I'm already running it on 18s and everything is the same as mine ie tyre size etc it's just the ET bit I'm not sure of

What wheels are they ?? I run 17" 8j et35 !! ET is where the wheel meets the hub in regards to the centre line of the wheel high ET is more sunk in the arch low ET means more poke from the arch but depends on spoke/dish style !!
