    Brake pad wear sensor wiring

    All,

My 2000 A4 has always had the brake pad wear light on, though the pads were good.

I did new disks and pads a while ago, and got the pads with the wiring connectors on.

My car has the bracket to carry the connector, but no sign of any cable or connector car side. I presume they've been cut off. So I still have permanent brake warning light.

Can anyone tell me where the wires go in the wheelarch? Are they part of the same cable as the ABS sensors?

    Thanks,

    R

Cant softcode it out on the later clusters.

You can connect the sensor wire to ground at the back of the clocks to get the light off.
