What's the model number for the Bose concert tape player out of the tqs? Post facelift.

thanks,

Ash

Just looking to replace my existing one as every now n then I have to punch it to stop it picking up the engine.

Lol its not that bad. Sounds good to me via radio or iPod connector.

Get for a OEM CD version.
I think its plug and play, looks the same and works.

I think there is two different versions, pioneer and blaupunkt

I do like the CD version. Is it same width? I know you need a can bus emulator for it.

Loads of decent aftermarket decks out there, depends whether you want OE look or not. For me it was more important to have a high quality sound source than factory looks and almost all factory decks sound at best ok(is).

Becker used to do some very O/E looking decks that sounded superb other than that I'd stick with Alpine or Pioneer decks.

The OEM stuff is usually also horrifically expensive for what your getting.

My pioneer was about 90quid, has USB, SD Card, MP3 support etc etc...

I just love the flush look. Sound wise I'm really happy with it. If I change the headunit then I'll wanna do the rest. Then I spend thousands ******* about like last time lol
