Blower Issues

Picked up a 1.8T Sport Quattro this morning. Since I first viewed it the blowers have stopped working. All the digital control show the fan speed going up but the fans don't increase! It's like the fans are on low and won't budge. This wouldn't be an issue but it's wet so the windows steam up!

Anyone come across this before or ever fixed it? Fuse is fine and the temperature seems to drop when requested. It's just the fan speed I'm having trouble with.

Welcome, there is a resistor? For the fan, it's tucked up behind the glovebox, you will need to remove the glove box to access it, it's red in colour I think. Will try and find a phot.
