Fault found

Hi everyone, not sure if you remember a while back, I posted about my car stalling occasionally under breaking.
I've now found a fault code through VAG-com

00561-mixture adaptation
15-10 adaptation limit (add) not reached
intermittent


any ideas what this is??

I had this code, its a vacuum leak, probably one of those little rubber ones, well mine was
