How hard is it to do?
My A4 has the old hex shaft and the steering wheel is showing what 170k miles does to it. I have managed to source a mint replacement but it has splined centre so doesn't fit. Pretty sure the UJ in teh column has seen better days so won't hurt to swap it out for a new one.
Is it a total sod to do or is it a nice Saturday afternoon job whilst the mrs is doing her crochet and bringing me the odd cuppa and bacon sarnie. If it's a sod she can do it and I'll sort the corchet and coffee. lol
