Another niggle to iron out on Power Steering

So the two ends on my power steering were a bit frayed (ones under the bumper that join the metal type cooling thing)

anyway i cut them back a bit and now there sorted, but now the piper coming from the engine at front (with the factory metal crimp) is now leaking, so i need to jubilee clip this, is there an easy way to get to this please? , before i start stripping the car down when i dont need to?

Do you mean the high pressure line from the pump to the rack? If so, your not sealing that with a jubilee clip!

If you mean the pipe from the pump to reservoir, then it should be easy enough to do from underneath.
