Slow wiper blades

Is the strip down and renovate process for the wiper arms the same for the B5 as it is for the B6 ? There is lots of stuff on the B6 forum but can't find anything on this one.

Any experiences with this?

I did some work on mine, and they seemed to be the same as the B6 - at least close enough to make the how-to helpful to me

I sprayed mine with wd40,and it cured it without the need to strip etc.I now spray them once a month to keep them moving nicely
