which tyre?

for similar price i can get toyo proxes t1r's, uniroyal rainsport 1's, khumo 712's (which i have at the moment)

anyone got any opinions?

size im after is 225/50/16 zr rated £75 ish a tyre not fitted

the proxies are great tyres for tread, but they wont last more then 12 months. a friend has had the khumo's on his escort for a few year and they have yet to get half halfway wearing.

ive just got two dunlop st sport maxx 2's for only £68 a corner, not too bad and some of the reviews were pleasing

kwikfit have a 4 for 3 deal on dunlop at the moment.

or costco for michelin.

I quite like khumo, although some people say they are cheap tat.

must say the khumos have lasted a long time, think i may stick with them for the time being then as i do 16k a year.
