Mot passed! Tqs keep or sell??

Took car for mot on Friday, and it passed with 2 advisories, which has put me in predicament, as its a saloon it's not that practical, do I sell it and buy an estate or do I put a towbar on and buy s trailer?

Being a lover of avants i'd say sell and buy one!Much more practical.Its ok having a trailer if you have a place to store it.
