Rear axle bushes

Hiya all, i am looking to replace my rear axle bushes, i note on Etka there are 2 types a hd and a normal, which one should i go for?

Or should i get some powerflex type ones, if so, can someone on here supply me? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
