central locking issue

Hi all

I've had the battery off my car for about a week whilst it had some work done on the suspension at the front
Since putting bathe battery back on only the drivers door unlocked from the key fob.
If I unlock via the key the drivers door unlocks but the others don't, the windows do go up and down on both sides via the fob and from the drivers lock.
If I use the lock on the passenger side both passenger and drivers door opens. The pump in boot does make its noise when unlocking and locking.
Everything worked fine before we took the battery off.
It is a A4 B5 1999 TDI avant.

Any ideas

You need to re-sync the key, mine did this other week when replacing the steering rack, you need to flick ignition on press and hold the lock button for 10 seconds than lock and unlock via door switch seems to work for me everytime.
