Is it possible to swap the snub mount and bracket without taking the bumper/cross beam off on a 1.8TQ?

Yes but fiddly loosen the bottom engine mount bolts so you can jack the engine up a little and you can get it in if your fitting the poly type snub its a tight fit but can be done.
