How difficult is it to replace one of the bulbs? I have just noticed that on the far right of the Tacho, the display is darker than usual.. dont make that much difference so if its gonna take me more than 2 hour and a £5 i wont bother...

Really easy, but whatever you do don't get the stealer to do it! I just mentioned it on the last "service" I allowed them to do and they charged me £38 to change one bulb.
Just unclip the plastic trim under the speedo to reveal 2 screws, undo these and the whole cluster will come out. The only tricky bit is unclipping the wiring, then the bulbs just half turn out. They're about £1 each from the stealer and buy a few as if one goes they're all likely to go in the near future.

Watch the top of the steering wheel cover tho.. it tends to mark and look horrible. Can get the bulbs anywhere.... but some are different wattages. Again watch the wires at the back! They're a nightmare to get to!
