Will S4 Cat Fit 1.8t?

Need to replace my 1.8T Quattro cat pretty soon and I've seen an S4 Quattro cat for sale. Will this fit?

Thought so, spotted it on ebay and the table says it fits but looks like they've just included every a4!

Just buy a decat pipe and place one underneath or just have done with it all together
