My wiper has stopped working!!!
the splines have sheared off the motor shaft somehow
is there a quick fix or do I have to replace the full motor?
Any help is appreciated

wiper motors are a common fail, just replace the whole thing.

As Craig said, replace the whole wiper assembly. You should, if you haven't got them already, up grade to the FL wiper arms, they look more aesethetically pleasing too.
