Heater control lighting

Does anyone know how to replace the lamp for the heater controls (not a/c) in my 1998 A4. It looks like it's only one small lamp behind the fan speed control, does it just pull out with long-nose pliers or is there a safer way. Also where would I get a spare, dealership only or is it an off-the-shelf type lamp from any good accessory shop.

I believe you just pull the switch out then twist the lamp out. Any car shop should have the bulb as it's a standard interior light.

Replaced the one on my A3 a few weeks back, and I think it's a similar setup to the A4.
