Did enybody seen this look at the screen why is that?

Happened to me last year when it was -4 degrees. When the car had warmed up I turned the ignition off and back on and it went. Ack to normal.
Another morning same conditions it split 50/50 but all the text was mirrored so it looked like an inverted book

The tracks loosen up during really cold weather... Mine used to do this. (Until I broke it completely) lol
