Front bumper alignment

I have been having a play today with the front bumper alignment and i am struggling to work out how to raise the sides so they sit higher up in the front wing to reduce the gap, the plastic guides on the side that the bumper clips into have no slots in them so what's the deal here or am i stuck??

Dont you adjust the shocks at the front to level the gap out ????

The plastic brackets have some bolts which can be loosened then the bracket can slide up and down.

Odd mine dont appear to have any adjustment on them, had them off twice thought i had missed it first time round!!

no it's a 98 previous owner retro fitted facelift headlights

The brackets don't slide enywhere what I did on my car adjusting the bumper on the sides, remove them brackets drill a bit bigger hole and then u'll be able to move the brackets and put a washer on them bolts holding the bracket
