Hi all,

Would 8j 17" alloys with an offset of ET48 fit my A4 without any problems?

Many thanks,

Grant

What is the original wheel offset? Only reason I ask is I'd personally stick with an ET figure as close to the original as possible. Remember the lower the ET number the further out the wheel/tyre will sit from the centre line of the car, the higher ET the closer. You may also need to think about wheel spacers if your looking to achieve a certain 'stance'? If you find a set of wheels with the same ET as original wheels and go for a slightly different width, say 8j and your originals were 7j you'll find they might stick out a bit, therefore if you go for a wider wheel consider a higher ET?

I'm by no means a wheel expert, so if anyone else wants to weigh in please do so.

what tyre profile and brand?

i would personally say it might be a struggle
wrong tyre choice puts you very close to the upright
