FM aerial

Does anyone know where the antenna is located on aerial is located on an 97 A4? I get really poor signal, wanted to check it was ok /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Its located in the rear screen. You will need a signal booster to get better reception. I think caraudiodirect do them for about £15.

where does the wire connect to in the rear screen? can I put a booster there?

well, the booster requires power, so I'd connect it up in the console for a hidden installation.

IIRC correctly, it sits in line between the cable & the HU
