Armrest broken

Hello everybody.I am new to this site.I have an Audi A4 B5.A few days ago,my armrest was broken.The base where it stands has 4 screws.From the armrest,the 2 screw holes from its 'behind' are broken.Do you have any solution?thaks.And sorry for my english

There is 3 bolts and 3 screws.
Not 4.

3 bolts secure the arm rest to the floor and 3 screws secure the arm rest to the console.

That is not a standard Audi armrest.
It looks like a aftermarket one.

Yes its all blue...i bought it like this.Do you know any tricks to fit it again?because its difficult to get it from ebay..i am from greece
