1st June MOT
- new tyres £400
- discs/pads allround £300
whim and impulse buy
- hh tuning chip £200
- k&n induction £80
unplanned and pita
wheel bearing £80
battery £60
squeaky bl**dy non-gen pads £?
chip is great although has possibly induced a slip? in the tiptronic box,unsure whether this is electronic or mechanical
I keep playing with the settings in the chip and it does make a difference or it maybe a loose wire or the box maybe pooped. any thoughts
filter is awesome am like a kid with a new toy boost-whoosh-boost-whoosh and so on
apparently the only diff between non-gen and gen pads is a foam/squidgy type backing that reduces the squeal and my friendly mechanic has a fix in mind. fingers crossed for trip to the lakes next week
