new head unit no rear speakers?

hi everyone i have just installed new head unit in a 2000 avant using pc9-404 adaptor but i have no sound from rear speakers or sub. does anyone have any advice?

the amp wire is not connected id have thought

The PC9-404 should have a blue wire coming off it? This should connect to "remote out" on your headunit.
