Hi guys, I have just brought my first Audi B5 S4 and love it, she has 54'000 miles in silver full ASH red Recaro crimson red leather. pics soon  Anyway the guy i brought it from rarely used the car hence the mileage, the battery was the OG one so 13 years old, started playing up so I popped to Audi and brought a new one. went home last night pulled the old out and replaced it, started the car and to my dismay was running like what can only be described as a bag of ****! what have I done wrong? I've heard it could have knocked out the throttle body's? ECU? any help here please guys only had the car a week! and itching to drive it!!!!!

Hi
I think the ecu looses the throttle body values. I think you have to turn on the ignition and leave for 30 secs or so before you start it for the throttle body to reset
