    Help new to this!!!

    Hi guys, I have just brought my first Audi B5 S4 and love it, she has 54'000 miles in silver full ASH red Recaro crimson red leather. pics soon Anyway the guy i brought it from rarely used the car hence the mileage, the battery was the OG one so 13 years old, started playing up so I popped to Audi and brought a new one. went home last night pulled the old out and replaced it, started the car and to my dismay was running like what can only be described as a bag of ****! what have I done wrong? I've heard it could have knocked out the throttle body's? ECU? any help here please guys only had the car a week! and itching to drive it!!!!!

    Hi
    I think the ecu looses the throttle body values. I think you have to turn on the ignition and leave for 30 secs or so before you start it for the throttle body to reset
    2000 1.8t quattro Sport totally standard (ish)
