My friend had a controller on his sti. It controlled the ratio of how much power went to the front or rear. Say 25% and 75%. Is there one out there for the Quattro?

I think the B5 4wd system is mechanical and not controlled by an ecu. I am sure somebody will be along soon who knows much more...
You can get a STASIS Motorsport tweaked rear diff which can alter the bias however it will still be 50-50% split in normal use but with more power going to the rear wheels when the wheels slip ! The Torsen rear diff is purelly mechanical system and apart from the EDS (cheap traction control system working as a limited slip diff with the aid of ABS + braking system) there's not much you can do to it !
