Pollen Filter

Where is it and how do you get to it?

I've got a leak every now and then into the passenger footwell, general opinion is a bloked drain under/in the pollen filter housing.

I assumed it's to the rear of the engine compartment under the plastic scuttle plate thing /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I took the first part off (that covers the batter and water resevoir) the undid a small headed screw to try and take another part out but stopped at this point as I could not see the filter housing.

Am I in the right place?

hi i found under the battery there was a couple of grommets which were full of crap, so the water couldnt escape, worth looking.

Did this leak come in the footwell beside the centre console?

Think I might have the same problem.

What did you do to sort it? Change the pollen filter?
